Last updated: 7 November 2026. This notice describes how this website handles information. It should be reviewed by STAR CORP management and its legal adviser before publication.
Who we are
This website is operated by STAR CORP, a private security company headquartered in Mogadishu, Somalia. You can contact us at info@starcorp.so or +252 61 0389002.
Information you send us
When you use our contact form, quotation request form or uniform inquiry form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, organisation, e-mail address, phone number, location, the service you are interested in and your message, together with the date of your submission.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or quotation. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Please do not send sensitive security information
Our forms are not the right place for site layouts, access codes, guard schedules or details of known vulnerabilities. Where such information is needed, we will arrange a secure discussion.
How we store and protect it
Enquiries are sent to our company mailbox and may be stored in the website’s administration area, where only authorised STAR CORP staff can see them. The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If we enable website analytics, analytics cookies are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s stored data for this site.
Other services
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. If spam protection or analytics services are enabled, they process limited technical information in order to provide their service.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from website enquiries, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@starcorp.so.
